This session will focus on two key management skills – effective conflict management and effective negotiation. Learn how to recognize destructive communication, how to prevent escalation of conflict, and about different conflict resolution styles. Also examined will be the fundamentals of negotiation, with information on the psychology of negotiation and the four stages of negotiation.
