But probably few know that the project was made possible through PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) funding offered through the State of Texas. The hotel project involved HVAC, lighting, and water efficiency, with annual savings of more than 1.2 million kWh of electrical energy, 577,000 gallons of water, and 350 MMBtu natural gas. The equivalent CO2 reduction was 652 Tons.
