Many of us working in industry have been taught that no one likes change, and that it’s best to suppress conflict.  But this is not the right instruction for current work environments – where change and conflict are frequently inevitable for managers in their job. This presentation will explore how change can be turned into a positive instead of a negative, and the ways conflict can be resolved in a satisfactory manner.
