Tornadoes are among the most destructive natural disasters, and North Texas facilities managers need to have a preparedness plan in place for tornado season.  This session will examine elements of planning, including structural assessment and insurance review, as well as evacuation routes, designated safe zones, and communication protocols. Also, the speaker will discuss post-tornado recovery:  assessing damage, moving quickly to implement repairs, and maintaining documents, including photos, about everything that happened.
